Team Management

Collaborate on templates and share API resources with your team.

Overview

Teams let you share templates, webhooks, and API quotas with other users. The team owner's subscription determines the plan features and quotas for the entire team.

Requirements

Team features are available on the Pro plan. The team owner must have an active Pro subscription. Invited members do not need their own subscription — they operate under the owner's plan.

Roles

Each team member has one of three roles:

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Manages the subscription, billing, team settings, members, and all resources.
AdminCan manage team members (invite, remove, change roles) and all team resources (templates, webhooks).
MemberCan view and edit templates and webhooks. Cannot manage other members or team settings.

Creating a team

  1. Go to Settings → Teams
  2. Click Create Team
  3. Enter a name for your team
  4. You are automatically assigned as the owner

Inviting members

  1. Open your team settings
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the email address and select a role (Admin or Member)
  4. The invited person receives an email with a link to join

Pending invitations can be revoked before they are accepted.

Managing members

Owners and admins can manage the team from the team settings page:

  • Change roles — promote a member to admin or demote an admin to member
  • Remove members — remove a member from the team

Shared resources

All team members share access to the team's resources:

  • Templates — team templates are visible and editable by all members
  • Webhooks — team webhooks trigger for all team templates
  • API quota — all team members share the owner's monthly PDF quota

Billing

Only the team owner manages the subscription. The owner's plan determines the features and quotas available to the entire team. If the owner downgrades or cancels their subscription, team features become restricted.

Deleting a team

Only the owner can delete a team. Deleting a team removes all team templates, webhooks, and member associations. This action requires password confirmation and cannot be undone.
