Managing your subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade
- Select the plan you want
- You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period
Downgrading
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
Canceling
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
- You can reactivate anytime before it expires
Billing
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods via Stripe.
Invoices
Invoices are sent by email after each payment. You can also download them from Settings → Subscription.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically over the following days. You will receive email notifications. Update your payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.
Yearly billing
Basic and Pro plans offer a yearly billing option that saves you the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing.
